You might be right, but I have a funny feeling he's doing time. Let's not forget that the commish would almost certainly add a significant suspension even if he were to work around the jail thing. Meaning, IF HE PLAYS, he's still likely to miss 4 or more games.All in all...not a gamble I'd take this early, if at all.

It's a risk/reward decision.For a WR that was a first- or second-round pick last year, getting him in Round 7 is a great pick if that's the player you get in 2009. If he's in jail, of course it is a waste. Leagues like this, however, are won and lost based on taking on some risk.
 
who wants to take a list since no picks in the past 12 hours?

I am up and running today. Weather was a big non-event here. I should not let the weather forcasters freak me out, I mean they even did the story about people stocking up on food in the event they could not get out of the house.

LOLThye closed every school in the region here last week for 4 inches of snow that was sure to come. "Live storm coverage" dominated the local TV.Snowfall? ZERO....it all dried up/evaported before it ever even reached the ground!

I'm not so sure about this. I think the Giants absolutely want to add #1 WR, like Burress (as their other WRs don't fit that bill and Toomer may not be back). But I don't think there is any certainty the Giants would welcome him back with open arms. It's just just this issue with Burress...there's been a littany of issues with him in the past and I'm not sure the Giants want to deal with that anymore.ETA: removed WR names to protect the innocent

At the start I wanted to see if any of the top 3 Rookie backs would be here in round 8... McCoy just might be the best of the bunch but, it's a crapshoot depending mostly on where they wind up and it's a swing for the fences for a WSL draft.....

I kind of liked Mush here too but I had SSmith already. Can't afford to double-up too much.I also liked Jenkins.

WRs going downhill fast on these lists.

Seriously...haven't really looked in detail but it seems WRs are going much faster in this draft. Or maybe I'm just a bitter old man nowadays. :(

knew I shoulda grabbed Bess at the turn instead of Shockey. I was afraid at what would be left at TE though...
