Just watched a Doug Polk Video recap.

He had a lot of the all in hands that he won at the end. He won all 10 of them. The odds were 0.14% of that happening. 1.4 times in 1000

To be fair it's pretty darned hard to win an event anywhere near that size without winning all your flips and getting the odd suckout

now you know how we feel in the golf thread when you talk about the amount of whiskey you can drink during a round and still play at a high level

Wow... you're... spot on there and it didn't even dawn on me haha. I never touched alcohol when I played poker for reasonably high stakes. However, I'll probably crush a quarter of a bottle of whisky playing in a big golf cash game this Saturday and will do so for the competitive edge. Us humans are weird.

I think somebody mentioned above board that Doug Polk had a nice video with all his pivotal hands. I watched it and was entertained.

I do have to finally admit, I was rooting for that "Woz" guy that got the bad beat with KK against Grinder's AK.
