I assume Cook, but Im really stuck on the second this week

if PPR Kamara.  Crowell & Hyde have brutal matchups.

I'd go Cook and Hyde. I don't think Kamara is even an option really. He could easily finish with less than 5 touches. Matchups aren't that important when Hyde(or Crowell) for that matter, could see triple the workload. Especially lean Hyde if its PPR, as he seems to be being used a lot in the passing game, both in preseason and week 1.
