You missed a very key point - MONEY. I use yahoo for free leagues.I use MFL/CBSSPortsline for money leagues but honestly I have had issues with MFL before also.MFL's interface looks like is was done by an amateur.

Had a live draft last night and in the morning all owners received e-mail. Something along the lines of- sorry our servers were jacked up and we never placed your rosters but the good news is we are re-scheduling your live draft tonight at 8:30 pm! Gee thanks for killing a solid roster and essentially crumbling our league....

We had our entire draft and yet it didn't record it! Got the weak apology email where they rescheduled us for tonight; as though we can get 12 guys together again for another nigh to REDO a draft we spent three hours on the night before.
Our commish was losing his mind b/c we actually completed our 18 rounder. Luckily, he didn't realize I have the entire draft saved in the Draft Dominator. I'm going to port our league over to MFL today and we're going to demand a refund from Yahoo!

wow... you Paid and thats what they gave you..... OMFG; that is weak. The right thing for them to do is refund you and then allow you to REDO your draft.

Yeah now the e-mails are flying around on what to do. We have 2 owners that did the auto draft, an owner leaving for a fishing trip and the rest of us trying to figure it out. With it being a money league ($200 per) we are now cutting that fee in half as we are thinking about adding the rosters manually. The issue here is the auto draft teams. No one can remember those teams. Someone will have to go up and manually add in the rosters from the guys at the live draft an then put the rest of the players in free agancy an let the two auto draft owners have at it. I for one will never let a computer pick for me. I am not going to let a computer take a kicker in the 7th for me. I grabbed Stover as my 24th pick. I am loaded. This is an IDP league as well. I had:

Nice save with the DD.
It's one of the reasons that I use DD for all of my online drafts (besides all of the other great stuff). This is the first year I've ever heard of Yahoo's draft servers melting down. Usually it's Fanball/AOL. Our AOL league had draft problems 3 years in a row. But this year it ran smooth as silk. I also make sure to schedule a backup draft night every year now for precisely this reason.

Had the same problem with yahoo and we are all pissed. Can't believe we went through 20 rounds and now have nothing to show for it. Normally I use the DD but didn't this year.
