Your #1 fantasy WR in PPR formats (1 Viewer)

I cut him after aforementioned slow start to make cap space for Roddy White. Looking back, it was a mistake. but not by much.

Why are teams still double-teaming Ocho lol?
Excellent question. You have to wonder if defenses will start to rotate coverage more towards TO. I mean they should have by now but as a TO owner in two leagues i'm slightly concerned that his output will start declining.BTW my league has Nicks as the #1WR and TO 2nd.

Ochocinco will start going nuts soon as opposing teams make adjustements. He's the one to own down the stretch.

This is why they are double teaming Ocho. I expect it to continue unless they change up Ocho's starting spot on the line. Also they are using him as a decoy on seams and giving it to TO more in the RZ due to size.

Coach Mike Tomlin indicated that the Steelers opted to double-team Chad Ochocinco rather than Terrell Owens because it was easier schematically.

"Because he was the single-receiver side guy," Tomlin explained. "You had some route-combination issues when you're talking about T.O. That's probably been the case with most people who've played them." Ocho was ignored on national TV Monday night, leading to a sideline meltdown. It's not unusual for players who have lobbied for catches to be rewarded with an increased role the following week.

T.O. looks like he did in Philly. The guy can't be covered 1 on 1 (except for Revis).

37 years old and still dominant.

they dont care about stats, just wins and in the end the Bengals are still 2-6
teams are beating cincy because they are doubling ocho and getting smoked by TO? No.
not saying thats the only scheme in the defense, he could put up 300 yds rec and as long as they win they were successful.
so if a team wins a game 51-50 then that means their defensive scheme was successful?

I vote Number 1 wr RODDY WHITE... TO is awesome and is def a top 5 but I have the top three as follow

1 R.white

2.H.nicks

3. TO

I'm surprised.

1) TO

2) Roddy White

3) Hakeem Nicks

I would have thought White was #1 but TO has him by 9 points

It makes sense TO is higher. Bengals are constantly losing and throwing. What Roddy and Nicks have done is way more impressive than TO.

Ocho is less willing to take the punishment that TO in my opinion, which is part of why you see if him in the slot more. I don't think this will change.

The one thing that goes against TO's monster season is that he has been targeted 100 times and only caught 55 of those. For all his complaining, Ocho has been targeted 75 times (and caught 40) which isn't even as high a percentage of catches as TO. Now more than a little of this is where Carson's throws are going but not all of it.

I honestly don't think it's going to change as much as some think.

its not perfect, but in the end they held them when it counted and got the win. Ever since TO has gone on his huge numbers streak, the Bengals have lost each of those games. How about you tell me why for the past 5 games teams have not started to double on TO?

I don't know that is why I asked. I assume it is because they still respect Ocho more than TO, and like someone else said, because it is easier schematically since Ocho stays outside.Your logic is very flawed. Adios.

I was surprised at the rankings late in preseason for WR's after watching T.O get so much work and was clearly Palmer's favorite receiver to throw to. I had T.O ranked as the #15 receiver on my board and was able to take him as my #3 WR in both of my money leagues. Loving that now.

Vick had 61 points in the 1st half in my main league, and the single player record score from 2007-2010 is 65 points from Brady, so yeah I'd say the 61 in the half would be #1.
