I've scoured the internet with no luck. You poor dumb jerks are my last hope. Don't let me down.
My sons have the Kindle Fire Gen 5 tablets (the $50 cheapos). Just last night, both started throwing a connection error when launching the YouTube app (It had worked previously). It states that there is no wireless connection. However, everything else works (apps, games, websites), including going to youtube.com through the web browser. The issue is isolated solely to the Youtube app. I've done all of the first level troubleshooting - rebooting, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and various combinations of both.
I searched the internet, but only came across outdated fixes and directions that don't seem to apply to my version of the Kindle. I'm not sure what else to look at.
Save me FFA. You're my only hope.
