I need to find a way to capture meeting start time/stop time/durations for billing for three way calls, while not being the admin account. Does anybody have any experience with this or suggestions?

Not sure how you are going to control that type of monitoring if you aren’t the admin or host for any type of conference call / screen sharing platform.

Sadly, this is a front runner. There is a show duration option but what if the call drops? Thinking we'll just have to trust the vendor to get it right and hope for the best when it comes time to reconcile with the logs from the client.

Yeah, the client is insisting on Zoom. Not sure all due diligence has been done. And I don't think their IT or legal teams are in the loop yet.
