Looks like the keeper deadline on the site is right at midnight or early in the morning on the day selected.  I bumped it back to tomorrow so that people can still select their keepers today.

Think you have to be in the full version to do so, not the app.  In the full version, there's a blue box above your team name that has 'choose your keeper players' as a link.  There is also a 'Keepers' menu option at the top in the gray sub menu when you're on your team page.

Just so we're clear, Arrieta, Kluber and Lester will all be bumped $5 from the price you listed.

That's how it was set up initially, I believe, but we changed that last year.  Now everybody just gets bumped $5 after being kept the first time.

Keeper Rules:
 
Keep 9-12 Players each year
 
Player auction value determines keeper price -- the price stays with the player if they were traded, but not if they're dropped.
Players obtained via FAAB prior to Aug 1 may be kept at the price they were acquired for in FAAB
 
Keepers can be kept for up to 5 years as follows:
 
Year 1 -- The year you acquire player in auction or FAAB
Year 2 -- Keep for same price as auction/FAAB
Year 3 -- Keep for auction/FAAB price +$5
Year 4 -- Keep for Year 3 price +$5 more
Year 5 -- Keep for Year 4 price +$5 more -- last year you can keep them.
 
You're right. Bastardized rules. Make it so, I'll knock $15 off my dues

Players are the price you drafted them for on year 1 and year 2. Starting in year 3 through 5 you need to add $5 per year. 

So if you draft a player at $1 these would be his salaries throughout the life of his contract:

Year 1: $1

Year 2: $1

Year 3: $6

Year 4: $11

Year 5: $16

The player must be thrown back after year 5.

 
Sorry I was going with the rules I made up back in the day. This is less confusing but mine were cooler. I remember now, we tossed out the year 3 option too

Having a list of available players before Auction would be ideal. Hopefully Yahoo will provide once keeps are finalized. :oldunsure:

Should happen.  Might have the same hang-ups as we had in Uber where the search functionality is wonky, but the available list should be accurate.

I'll have time tomorrow morning to get all the keepers entered and prices assigned, so list should be available by the afternoon and all day Sunday prior to the draft for everyone to do their prep work.

@Chemical X alerted me to an issue with guys marked NA on his keeper list that shouldn't have been.  Checked it out, he was correct.  This has been updated on the google sheet.  I also went over everyone else's NA guys and verified they were correct.  Only other issue was @HellToupee had Brandon Drury marked as keepable, but he's not.  He picked him up 9/19.
