After getting through my first MFL10 this year I noticed that there is a lot of turnover after the first 4-6 rounds. Seems like a lot of rookies being taken off the board and "proven but aging" guys are falling further than usual.
I used http://fantasyfootballcalculator.com/to look at the turnover by round. I grouped some of these to make the interpretation/data cleaner.

Round 1 58% 50% 42% 50% 42%
Round 2/3 50% 46% 58% 38% 50%
Round 4-6 28% 31% 33% 36% 28%
Round 7-10 31% 36% 28% 33% 28%
It doesn't actually look like the turnover is that severe, if anything, the top two rounds are looking more similar to last year than they have historically.
