I just dropped Carter for him. Scott has the opportunity that we're hoping Carter will get. It may not work out but guaranteed opportunity is better than nothing. Both Indy and Cincy suck so it's not like there is a huge disparity.
The snow is supposed to be long gone by kickoff. Assuming the field crew is competent, this could be a non-issue. The only thing I guess I'm worried about is Ray Rice arriving safely to the stadium.
Both were dropped in my 14 team league. I picked up Stewart since I think Carolina will have to recommit to the run after their abysmal start. If they do, Stewart will be more of a sure thing as a bye week filler. I guess Beanie might have the higher upside but with the Cardinals being a pass...
So with this news and the fact that Jamal Lewis seems secure (for now) in Cleveland, my question is who to roster? James Davis and wait for Jamal to breakdown OR pick up Caddy off the waivers. Note that Ernest Graham is currently my RB4.
Starting Pierre Thomas over Marshawn Lynch (ADP is my other back)
Starting Schaub at QB over Eli and Shaun Hill (not exactly ballsy)
Picked up Garrett Hartley just for this game (over Kaeding)
Schaub
P Thomas
ADP
Wayne
Calvin Johnson
Tony G
Garrett Hartley
Cowboys D
Let's hope that's...
I'm tempted to sit him but I won't have the guts to do so in the end. If I sat him, it would be to start Marshawn Lynch (SD) and Ryan Grant (IND). Heck, the rankings seem to like my fourth back Sammy Morris more than they like ADP this week.
In the end, it will be "play your studs" for me but...
Guys-
See my post above. The quote from the Miami Herald guy is "UPDATE: The field looks great! It's painted and it's dry." It's ok to be concerned but don't over-react here unless you have a 50-50 decision already.
