I still have Marcus Davenport nightmares.

Saints are allegedly targeting Alt at #14. Good luck with that.

Streaming or currently airing TV shows (AKA Netflix thread)

There's an animated series on AMC+ called 'Pantheon' that's worth a watch. I'd suggest going in cold and enjoy the ride. If you saw it out there and were curious, give it a shot. First season is eight 44-minute episodes, so not a slog to binge.

***Chicago Bears Thread*** A dynasty begins...

I got a feeling someone is going to fall in love with Penix (Broncos?) and want to trade up to #9 ahead of Minnesota (11). Bears are in the catbird seat with that pick.

    Philly Travel Guys

It's the cost of parking at the hotels that gives me pause. 40-65 bucks a night buys a hot pretzels and cold brews. I've watched a couple of walking tour videos of Philly and Center City looks like a good time. I think we're going to have a blast.

    Philly Travel Guys

Thanks for all the great advice guys! Hadn't considered the AirBnB route, as they might have a set parking space for some of them, and would be more of a "neighborhoody" vibe than a hotel. Are there any small-business FBG's in Philly? I loved Tipsy's spot in New Orleans, and if I can have a...

    Philly Travel Guys

Hoping the PA travel guys can help an old man (and the woman he doesn't deserve) spend their money wisely on a trip out to see the sites in Philadelphia this summer. I've been itching to see the touristy stuff in the Philly city center for a while now. The bell, Independence Hall, the whole...

Hat tip to @BobbyLayne who posted this in the Steelers thread: Pittsburgh has ended up with Joey Porter Jr & Justin Fields for Chase Claypool + a 6th round pick.

    QB Justin Fields, PIT

Thanks for the info - I love Justin like a fat kid loves cake, but no way he gets 22M from me based on what he's done so far.

    QB Justin Fields, PIT

As it became more likely that they would draft Williams, I thought for sure that they would move him for someone else's money problem. He's still got 2 years on his rookie deal. You don't "have" to trade him this year if you feel like you're getting pennies on the dollar. A terrific backup...

    QB Russell Wilson, PIT

Stay in shape, wait for a QB on a playoff bound team to go down, and pull a Flacco.

    WR Mike Evans, TB

Nah, everytime the Saints and Bucs get in a scrap he does something thuggish, but in a cowardly way (hitting a player from behind, that kind of thing). He's just a cheap shot + another way to call a cat a kitten. That doesn't mean I can't respect his ability or output. He's got skills.

    Warren Moon? 12 W - 33 L / 40 TDs 59 INTs - went on to have a pretty good career

    WR Mike Evans, TB

I hate him with the power of a thousand suns, but there's no arguing that he's earned that paper.

***Chicago Bears Thread*** A dynasty begins...

That's an outstanding parallel to draw. I remember Favre getting cranky that they drafted Rodgers, and the fan base scratching their heads about picking a QB in round 1 when you had "the man" already instead of drafting him more weapons. That's why the Packers are the Packers and the Bears are...

Caleb often hasn't fared well when matched against elite defenses, so there's a better than average possibility that at the next level he could just be a slower version of Justin Fields. Bears fans need to be mentally prepared for this guy to stink up the joint if the Bears get their hands on...
