    HC Andy Reid, KC

I didn't expect him to retire this year. Although, I think he only has 3-5 years left. Mahomes has 10 years left in his career. Reid is turning 66 years old in about a month. He'd be the oldest coach in NFL history if he goes until the end of Mahomes career, given his health that's very unlikely.

    Looking for a good wallet

Kamino medium size card sleeve would fit the capacity you’re looking for. It’s about as slim as you’re going to find. I use the slot in the back for a couple of bills instead of coins. It’s held up well with 3 years of use. https://kaminowallet.com/collections/wallets/products/card-sleeve

    RIP Wikkidpissah

Sorry to see I missed this at the time. After seeing Wikkid mentioned in the FBG Memorial, I did some searching and came across this thread. Although I had no direct contact with him, I always loved seeing his posts and would often reread them trying to unpack the wisdom I knew they contained...

When is the last time you went to a movie theater? What did you see and how much did you spend?

Yeah their concessions are reasonably priced. Bag of popcorn is $3 or $4. I also cheated because we went across the street to a cafe for sandwiches in between two of the movies that I didn’t include.

When is the last time you went to a movie theater? What did you see and how much did you spend?

I usually go to second run theaters that show older movies. Last one was a multi movie Lord of The Rings marathon. They played the extended versions back to back to back throughout the day. $30 for 2 tickets and about $20 on food

All-time, top 10 favorite literary characters

I read The Dark Elf Trilogy (first 3 books) about a month ago. I had been reading some dense classics and wanted something lighter as a break. I hadn't read any Drizzt books when I was younger and always wanted to. I liked them. Good action, tense moments, memorable characters, a couple of...

Every time I check in, we’ve made another trade

    Minnesota Vikings Team Thread

Is there any way to justify that trade at all? It looked bad at the surface, then you start looking into pick value and it still looks bad, there were seemingly good options available at positions of need if they held onto it, trade was to a division opponent. It’s like so bad, I feel like I’m...

    The Batman

I have to watch it again. I didn't love it the first time around. Solid for sure, just didn't blow me away. I think the action wasn't over the top enough for me. I like action completely over the top and ridiculous. Felt a little long as well.

Bruce Willis stepping away from acting

This sucks. Looking at his IMDB page, he’s been in way more recent movies than I realized. A handful at least every year. Glass is the only big name that stands out to me recently, enjoyed that one a fair amount. Probably some hidden gems in his work I haven’t seen

Leon the Professional is probably the most surprising omission to me

    Minnesota Vikings Team Thread

I have no doubt that defense failed in important situations and that coaching added to Cousins conservative playstyle.

    Minnesota Vikings Team Thread

Again, I’m not saying Cousins was the main issue last season, I said he wasn’t. I’m well aware of the defensive shortcomings and their own failure at key points. I don’t have evidence to back up my feeling that he isn’t effective at leading comeback wins. If he’s among the league leaders in...

    Minnesota Vikings Team Thread

I don’t think that’s wrong. We won more games with him than we would have without. He also kept us in some games that we ultimately lost. Still he’s not getting it done in critical late game moments. For a QB with his salary, I would want more and I’d be fine moving on and taking a downgrade at...

Agreed, that's why I specifically said he wasn't the problem last season
