So I am taking some clients to the Cards / Pats game tomorrow. They are huge Patriots fans as are two other executives at my firm that I am going with. I personally don't care about either team. Well a package comes in the mail this week and lo and behold it is a Tom Brady jersey that my clients...
I would totally book a flight to Guatamala or Africa so I could be surrounded by people wearing Clemson 2016 National Champs t shirts and could pretend for a day that my team was a champion.
In looking at defenses you can get later but with really nice matchups, PIT has a ridiculously nice schedule to open up the season through week 11 before their bye.
CLE, @BAL, @CAR, TB, @JAC, @CLE, HOU, IND, BAL, @NYJ, @TEN
Out of those 11 matchups, really only IND would be a matchup I would...
Unless you have a top 3-5 pick there is a pretty good case to be made to wait to draft an RB. With the continued propensity to move towards RBBC (or at the very least more of a concerted effort to not run a stud RB into the ground) it seems that in PPR leagues RBs have really become the support...
So, after having a mac for the past few years I finally convinced the wife to go back to a PC. As I was installing the standard items (aka Office, itunes), I was wondering what are some of the go to programs that are out there for a variety of tasks....
Anti Virus? (was going to uninstall...
@AdamSchefter: NFL creating new weekly cross-flexing system for Sunday's next season in which 1 pm games on FOX can be 4 pm games on CBS and vice versa.
Pretty cool. Should be able to show better matchups nationally for people who don't have the ticket (poor souls).
Alex Smith.
This guy is so underrated as an NFL QB. Sure KC defense is playing well this year and Andy Reid is a big upgrade as coach, but Smith manages games well, much better than Kaepernick does.
Smith had played very well last year prior to his injury. In the offseason talking to my Browns...
I understand he is the third option after Smith and Olsen, and they were playing a good D in SEA, but 0 points on 0 targets is a bit concerning. He is my WR 5/6 along with R Woods so I don't anticipate him playing too much if at all on my fantasy team this year, but am considering dropping him...
I am down 55 with Vick, D Jax, and Bullock tonight (all TDs 6 pts, PPR) I feel halfway OK with this but will need a TD hookup to go to D Jax. Hoping for 28 from Vick, 20 from Jackson, and 8 from my kicker. Not easy, but also not out of the realm of possibility.
I am so pissed, I drafted the...
Having seen Taylor a fair amount in the Pac 12, I am really liking his opportunity in AZ. The backfield at first glance seems crowded there, but it is really not.
Mendenhall - He is the clear "starter" at this point. However, he is coming off a poor season and he is often injured. There are...
It looks like Hoomanawanui is NE's #3 TE, and while he didn't get any action after Hernandez went down, is there any word about if NE will try to bring him into Hernandez's role or are they just going to go back to utilizing Welker more?
He is probably not worth picking up but didn't want him...
This was my grade from the FBG Rate My Team from my draft on Sunday.
Pretty sure this is the kiss of death and will miss the playoffs by a wide margin.
But seriously, anyone else get this if so, what was your strategy? Curious to see if there is a trend of strategies or if others have found...
i typically wait to grab a qb late, and am always fascinated as to when people start drafting backup qbs as i am sometimes surprised how early some people do.
curious at the responses here.
standard scoring and league rules.
Local AZ radio is reporting thatWells is being put on the active PUP list, which in the pre season is ot necessarily the end of the world as he can come back to the team before the start of the season and not miss 6 games. However there is now speculation that the "minor" knee surgery earlier...
I have been hearing a lot of good things from Criner out of the Oakland rookie camp. He was a very good WR at U of Arizona who ran a fairly prototypical pro style offense with Foles as QB (3rd round pick of PHI).
Given the fact that he is coming onto a Raiders team who has wide open...
Been having a Leinart themed Monday so I thought I would add a poll.
Who is more likely to throw for 3k yards? Leinart or Campbell.
Leinart has a much better offense in terms of weapons, but is obviously less experienced.
Campbell has the skills, but is on the Raiders.
gogo
I'm a big Leinart fan, but I have a really hard time seeing him snap off 3k+ yards passing this season. Whisenhunt now has a team that is what he envisioned, good defense and a run control game with Wells and Hightower. Leinart is going to be hard pressed to be passing the ball more than 25...
Contradicting his own statements from a week ago stating that Leinart would be in an open competition with whoever they brought in, Whisenhunt today stated that Leinart is the starting QB with Anderson being the backup, and that it is not an "open competition". Anderson would somehow have to...
