Greggo now has a show on 97.1 . I have no details at all on this.
I'm guessing the moratorium on Greggo drops ended some time ago, too, judging by what Grubes is dealing out these days during e-news.
This "show" is some Saturday morning filler thing apparently.
How does he keep getting jobs?I like greggo and am a fan, but the guy is like a cat.
He's an arrogant blow hard.

Rhiner dropped a nugget the other day leading me to believe he's been single for the past 3 years. That's a lot longer than we suspected in this thread previously.

Think he pulls any tail around this city? Or is he just too much of an introverted weirdo to handle it being thrown at him?

Most P1 boards speculate that they are separated, but continue to get together when the kids come home for holiday crap so it's not hostile or anything.

When he lost his phone wherever a while back, the taxi driver called what they referred to as his wife, which made me think they were still together. Separated didn't cross my mind, though.

He lost that job over the weekend. Oops.

RIP Hurricane Grill. Lot of good times had there. Thankfully that didn't spill over into Blue Goose, Dubliner, or Stans.
I live about 4 blocks from there and took a look. The fact they contained that thing to just that building is amazing. It will certainly change the st. patricks day scene a bit.

Was Basick on today? Read about that this morning. Why go so scorched earth? What was the "might (be) done with the ticket" line supposed to mean?

No, he wasn't there. I don't think it was discussed.
In Norm's monologue he gave about a minute saying that Basick had said something insensitive on twitter and was suspended indefinately. As much as possible took for Basick saying that he contacted the station immediately, but of course it was too late. It was the first i heard of it.

He's now fired. Whatever. Guy had nothing.

How do you get fired from the ticket for making an insensitive comment? "inconsistent with the core values of KTCK" :goodposting:

What a complete moron. Pissed away easy money and he'll never get it back.
This begs the question whether he made the right choice skipping college to join MLB. What's worth more now 4 year college degree + baseball after or baseball first and jack crap for a job after?

Gordon of all people is about to discuss the firing. He probably should have advised Basickthat you can do/say whatever the heck you want as long as do it in some fake voice or known as a loose cannon.

Depends on what you think college is worth. In general, I would say the second option is typically worth more.

They are at LLoyd park in Grand Prairie near the Lone Star park. Lots of bear suits are going to descend on that place tonight.

I love belligerent or honest Jub just wanting to get rid of all the callers. Any spurs fan, any guy, any chick that brings up their husband. Family man Georgie playing guitar asnd wanting to talk to hot chicks is good stuff.I am only through the first 2 parts but do Gordo and Spank get on at any point? Seems like Gordo would slay in those segments.
Gordon went to sleep after the game.

Rough draw for Danny. Probably shouldn't have been on the wheel.

Anybody remember Kerri, the producer of the Gordon Keith show? I spent an inappropriate amount of time talking to her at the Slip Inn last night. I didn't recognize her until she mentioned she was a producer for ch 8.

"Wait, you were the producer of Gordo's show!"

"You watched that??"

"Yes!"

"Nobody watched that!"

I probably should have recognized the chestal region. She is short and top heavy. :goodposting:

Watched it? I went to a taping. They took us next door for free ice cream. Good times.

Her next gig is producing the upcoming Chris Arnold show. Apparently she has never met him... "Is he funny"? :fishing: "Damn, I'm going to have to write. I never had to write for Gordon."
