Another 2 Qb leagueA. Smith/D.Garrard (mine) vs P.Manning/C.Palmer.Here are a couple more 2QB data points:Romo/Flacco(Ryan) vs Schaub/Roethlisberger - A tough Rodgers/Brees team was knocked out last week, along with a Cutler/VY combo.Brees/Flacco(Cutler) vs Rodgers/Eli - Romo/Smith(Ryan) and Rivers/VY knocked out last week. And yes, 2 QB leagues ARE a lot better.I'll just cover my two "main" leagues since those are the ones that are the most competitive and have the most active owners.KWarner/EManning vs. DBrees/TRomo - 12 team 2QB league. Amazingly the team with DBrees/TRomo was the 3rd seed out of 4 going into the playoffs and barely won his game in week 15 which just happened to be against me.TBrady/JCampbell vs. BRoethlisberger/TRomo - 12 team 2QB league. The team with TBrady/JCampbell made the playoffs as the 4th seed out of 4 by half a game due to a tie earlier in the season.
dittoalthough i almost beat the rodgers owner and i started cassellRodgers vs. McNabb
I have the same......good luckBig Ben vs. McNabbRomo (mine) vs. FavreRoethlisberger (mine) vs. McNabb
I've got the other side of this one.Rivers (me) vs. Peyton Manning(12 team)
That was my strategy. 3rd round value at a 6th round price.Whole bunch of teams with Matt Schaub at QB. Moral of the story: Draft Matt Schaub and you probably make the Super Bowl.
Midweek change. Apparently, my opponent is going with Eli over McNabb. So it's Schaub/E. Manning(I'm up against Manning twice in two weeks.)Schaub/McNabb.
Schaub vs Rivers
In retrospect, yes. Wasn't he hurt early in the season though? Our Schaub owner wound up barely making the playoffs and I thought it was due to Schaub being hurt early. He then traded away some decent talent for a QB and that is what led to his losing in the semis.Whole bunch of teams with Matt Schaub at QB. Moral of the story: Draft Matt Schaub and you probably make the Super Bowl.
This is my team. All TDs are 6 pts and we get distance bonus. My RBs suck (intentionally since this is the 2nd year and the RBs were my "3rd year plan"). The WRs are good too. Pretty stoked about this QB combo for the next few years. As for the thread, definitely some trends. Schaub was a nice pickup for many in re-drafts (including me). Glad he stayed healthy. I don't see many Garrard led teams though12 team dynasty #2 (start 2) - Brees/Rodgers
Unless you ran into a Rodgers, Jennings, Finley meat-grinder last week. Rodgers vs. Romo in one league's SB.Roeth vs. Rivers in the other.Moral of the story: Draft Matt Schaub and you probably make the Super Bowl.
