Who is Gore's B/U? (1 Viewer)

As per Roto World

Offensive coordinator Jimmy Raye clarified Brian Westbrook's role as merely a backup to Frank Gore.

"There's a role on the offense for him (Westbrook)," Raye said. "He's Frank Gore's backup. That's his role. As the game unfolded, the plan to insert him into the game and take some of the reps off of Frank turned when we got into a two-minute offense." Fantasy owners shouldn't feel a need to hold onto Westbrook in 12-team leagues.

Isn't Dixon the cuff to own in that situation?

If Gore goes down, it is my understanding that the plan is to give the bulk of the 1st & 2nd down carries to Dixon and to use Westy as the pass catching / 3rd down / change of pace guy.
