Yes, because I WANTED to hold the draft up several times. Things happen in life, and you can't always get to the computer to check out your fantasy draft. With a ½ hourclock now, as soon as it is my turn, my turn is almost up, so it makes more sense to just send my picks to ACP, who picks twice right after me, and then it's my turn again.
