The Fish immediately installed him in right tonight and he singled in his second AB. This guy was the second coming last year before fizzling out. This could be the time he puts it all together. Worth a bench spot and an close eye if you have a spot to use.

I'll keep an eye on him. I think he's more in that Jeremy Reed mold of a AAAA player, but he's too young to totally write off.

Reed isn't nearly the player Hermida is.
 
On the plus side, Hermida is a super nice guy. Had an extended talk with him when he was at Triple-A Nashville last season.
