There's a reason Trump has gotten this far with his lack of policies/terrible ideas.
His voters simply don't care. They like him, and that's that.
Policy talk is for you egghead types who were indoctrinated by liberal professors while attending college.
I like Donald Trump better than Hillary Clinton too. I live and grew up in New York, so I can remember Donald back to years like 1984 or so. Trump Tower, the West Side Trump buildings, Trump in AC, Marla Maples & Ivana. Remember it all. So again, I'm familiar with Donald and I like Donald, certainly more than Hillary. He is entertaining, charismatic, he's been around, he's rich, and he talks a good game.
I also remember at around the same time, people loved Bill Clinton for the most part (pre-Monica), and I think Hillary remembers those times too and wishes she had that connection with people. But she doesn't. She's unlikable, she's "above" people, and she has a pattern of behavior that demonstrates she feel this way.
So having said all that, I really hope that enough people of whatever socioeconomic background come together to make sure a buffoon like the Don doesn't become President. I'm not willing to just say "f it" because I don't like the system. To me, that is unsettling. It reminds me of the tea party in some ways. The mindset is "take ball and go home". This time it's "f the system", but either way it reeks of sore loser behavior. If you're not working towards solutions and just complaining about problems all the time, you are part of the problem.
So I'll vote for Hillary and I hate her, but I love the country and so I don't just say "f it" with my vote. So call me a liberal, or an egghead, that's fine, but I feel comfortable with my vote.
