Thought I would start a new thread. I love to hear success stories like Megla this week. 

I'll start with my biggest Jackpot! 

$75 this week, lol.........$5 GPP-Gordon and Ajayi carried me to a whopping 163 points. It was just a GPP LU I stuck in there on Fanduel. 

My top take on a DK Gpp this year is $30 with a score of 204 in $3 GPP. Thought that score would do better, but no. 

Tell us your story..............( Still hoping one of the regulars hits it big!)   Maybe they have in the past and I just don't know it. Has anyone ever won one outright?

I was sitting in 335th spot going into the Monday night game with Antonio Brown and D-Wil left.

Monster nights by both had me cruising up the leader board with basically everyone else done for the week.

I had almost the same lineup in Draftkings that week and picked up a couple of $800 pots of some $4 entries.

It was a majestic start to the season...???

That is awesome, just goes to show you that you don't have to throw in a crazy player to do well in GPP's.  

What a great start that would have been................congrats.

Week 7, 2009, I took first in a GPP on fantasy factor for about $500 using Palmer and OchoCinco.  Ever since then, I've been a DFS dud.

I,ve won a small slate $2 NBA GPP for 1500.00, had several MLB GPP cashes for 200.00+ but never a day like yesterday and that's with the scoring correction costing me $1000, was sitting at 3rd place for 2500.00 when the games all showed 0.00 and then 30 minutes later I sit in 5th, oh well

1500.00 in that GPP

All main slate cash LUs won, 126.34 and 145.78, +$100

Have 25 each in the Thur-Mon $2 DBLup sitting at 164.06 and 175.78, all should cash, +$100

I entered the 175.78 into the Thur NFL snap $3, sitting at $100.00 with the MNF game left so I'm not sure where that hits

Cashed 4 of 5 Sunday NFL Million tickets and one was 160.60 good for $250.00

Other 3 were 149.38 for $80, 145.78 for $50 and 135.58 for $40   +420

Had around $100 in $2 and $5 GPPs that didn't hit, -100.00

Overall + $2120 for the weekend and in my drunken stupor I put $150 on Oak +1, Den/Oak over 45 and a 2 team parlay that paid 2.5X, so +$675

It was definitely a great day for you Megla. Glad they actually do happen for people once in a while.

There's a blast from the past. There was some shady #### going on there on Fantasy Factor. Was my first venture into dfs, never deposited a penny there, withdrew about a grand before they went dark. I was doing things the right way I will add.

In 2009 I had no idea what DFS was.................maybe that's still true!! 

Hastily threw together one $3 GPP entry in wk one last year and finished 3rd in 37k entry contest, for $5k. That was fun.

I don't want to speak for him, but he had a pretty good day on Thanksgiving (including but not limited to a third-place finish in a $25 contest that was good for around $18,000).

Yeah, didn't Dodds say on the Powergrid he won about $25k on Thursday total? 

Last year, with the same lineup, on Fantasydraft I got second place in the $30,000 wishbone, which won me $1,200 and fourth place in the $150,000 Run & Gun, which won me $2,700.  I don't remember my exact lineup, but I remember ODB having a fadeaway TD plop out of his hands at the end of Monday night.  That catch would have put me in first in both tourneys (about $15,000 in winnings vs $3,900).  I also remember that first, second and third in the Run & Gun were the same guy with the same lineup entered three times.  

A guy in my league got a ticket from the road to 51 contest this week after finishing 8/182785. This week the 663 winners play for a trip to the superbowl.
