Hell yeah #####es.  Hadn't even been in the holiday rotation back in NY .... but you gotta love Texas!

 
Thing about the McRib is if you go into Costco or a Kwik Trip gas station, if you have a "rib" sandwich it's freaking nauseating.  Then you have that McRib and it's like Aw Yeah

 
Haven't had one in years - did they find a way to get those nasty gristle bits out of them?  I recall the meat to have that weird, soft texture like a school cafeteria "swiss steak" and the sauce to be almost sickeningly sweet.

I'm no snob when it comes to McDonalds - we pick up a bag of McDoubles and fries once every couple of months or so, and I still love the sausage/egg mcmuffins.
