Do I drop trequan smith (14th round keeper potential in 2019) to pick up Cordarelle Patterson?

Should I worry about starting Lynch with the injury?  I could sub in John Ross and hope for a long TD.  Or Emmanuel Sanders, which might be safer.  My gut is to roll with Lynch, but I can't call it.
