Flex option picks (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, quick question. Who should be my flex this week? I have a very close projected week and I am stumped on who to fill my flex spot. I'm hoping for someone who has a shot on an overperformance because it's already projected very close and my opponent has McCaffrey who always doubles his projected and NE Defense which is scoring better than RB1's are this year:

Emmanuel Sanders

Sony Michel

Alshon Jeffrey

Frank Gore

Sanders would be my choice. I have no faith in Sony (I'm a fellow owner), the Eagles probably won't need much from Jeffrey this week against the Jets, and while Gore keeps getting it done in a plodding way he doesn't excite me.

I'd have to go with Sony, Washington can't stop anybody 

I'd go Jeffery. Don't trust Michel at all, and Sanders has a tough matchup. Jeffery has scored in every game he's played in.

Alshon for me,though Sanders is a good play also.
