Same. I explained at length in the SF thread, but I pretty much went to school on that SEA game. Packers gave up pressure to a makeshift SEA D who’s notoriously poor at pass rushing, and barely contained SEA O with 2-3 starters out on the OL.Easiest money I’ve made gambling this year.
Packers were always pretenders. Too bad the Saints blew it. That could have been a game.
Seahawks/Packers.This game has been bad but let’s be honest, these playoffs have been terrible. Was Ten/NE the most compelling game?
Definitely. Baltimore/TEN was good as well. This game has been bad but let’s be honest, these playoffs have been terrible. Was Ten/NE the most compelling game?
Dickerson put up 248/2Is this the greatest playoff RB performance of all time?
Meh. I saw that one as two mediocre teams evenly matchedSeahawks/Packers.
I just got off the phone with the team spokesman. Coleman is not gonna get the ball the rest of the game. Why would the 49ers ever give Coleman the ball when they got this guy?
That felt like an NCAA tourney play-in game though. I think most ppl knew the winner was catching a beat downBuffalo Houston was something and I was entertained by the Vikings Saints game
Coulda been a career special teamer if not for injury. Incredible.196 yards for Mostert in 3 quarters.
Not bad for an undrafted free agent!!!
No.This is ugly. Will Garapollo throw a single pass in the 2nd half?
You should go check out the sharks in the Mostert thread who were saying the 49ers needed to draft a RB next year196 yards for Mostert in 3 quarters.
Not bad for an undrafted free agent!!!
That doesn't mean it's not an entertaining game to watch...That felt like an NCAA tourney play-in game though. I think most ppl knew the winner was catching a beat down
I sure thought so. Largely because of vrabel. This game has been bad but let’s be honest, these playoffs have been terrible. Was Ten/NE the most compelling game?
Entraining for sure. Compelling? MehBuffalo Houston was something and I was entertained by the Vikings Saints game
That was fun.Definitely. Baltimore/TEN was good as well.
In fairness you could drive a mack truck through these holesYou should go check out the sharks in the Mostert thread who were saying the 49ers needed to draft a RB next year
Had it’s moments but felt very lopsided most of the game.Definitely. Baltimore/TEN was good as well.
Same here until the end of it. That was just weird.Buffalo Houston was something and I was entertained by the Vikings Saints game
A lot more entertaining ifThat doesn't mean it's not an entertaining game to watch...
Maybe, but the term used was compelling. Watching pretenders go at it isn't compellingThat doesn't mean it's not an entertaining game to watch...
Mostert has been good today but yeah. There's more than a dozen RBs who would have done about the same here.In fairness you could drive a mack truck through these holes
Timmy Smith's performance feels similar in how unexpected it was, even though Mostert did have a nice season. But Smith's numbers weren't as gaudy as what we're seeing here.Dickerson put up 248/2
Was just wondering about the line. I'm thinking KC -2.5.Super bowl is going to be awesome. 2 great, evenly matched teams.
I think KC will be favored but not by muchWas just wondering about the line. I'm thinking KC -2.5.
I wasn't talking about this game. I was referring to Bills/Texans, and Vikings/Saints in his post.A lot more entertaining if
1. You bet the Niners
2. you’re a fan of the Niners.
That and the medical emergency he had to endure after his hair plug surgery went bad.OMG Joe Buck is really saying he had to overcome a lot as a broadcaster because his dad was Jack Buck?
Ok goodI just got off the phone with the team spokesman. Coleman is not gonna get the ball the rest of the game.
I said the same thing all year. I felt like each week I watched them they had to make a comeback or were winning by 1 score.GB, the worst 13-3 team ever. They were embarrassed twice by the 49ers, and should have lost to the sorry lions twice. Bye bye arrogant Aaron, I'm sure he will blame it on his coach.
Fair enough. I didn't know we were talking 'compelling', as compared to 'entertaining.'Maybe, but the term used was compelling. Watching pretenders go at it isn't compelling
KC/HOU was fun because I bet KC -10.5, and they insanely came back from 24-0 to cover, and it was an amazing comeback. That game was great but it wasn’t a great game.Had it’s moments but felt very lopsided most of the game.
Hou/Buf was fun but maybe the sloppiest 4th quarter of playoff football I’ve ever watched.
Your first Packer game? Why are the Packers' RT and LT allowed to move before the ball is snapped. Happens almost every play.
Ah - my bad.I wasn't talking about this game. I was referring to Bills/Texans, and Vikings/Saints in his post.
Well if that’s true, let’s thank our lucky stars they won’t be in the super bowl getting walloped by the ChiefsI said the same thing all year. I felt like each week I watched them they had to make a comeback or we're winning by 1 score.
One game over 100 yards rushing. He had a few nice games, he played well at times. "Nice season" depends on your definition. Definitely a good value if you picked him up on waivers. Your first point is spot on.Timmy Smith's performance feels similar in how unexpected it was, even though Mostert did have a nice season. But Smith's numbers weren't as gaudy as what we're seeing here.
They’ll both have plenty of extra time in the off-season.Maybe next year we can get Baker Mayfield and Aaron Rodgers in some commercials.
So RB13?Mostert has been good today but yeah. There's more than a dozen RBs who would have done about the same here.
