Joe Needs Help - Anyone Able To Help With Google and Google Play Accounts? (1 Viewer)

Calling on the collective awesomeness of the FFA.

Anyone have insight on how to get help from Google with our App Developer account? We got a message that it's been put on hold for some reason that they didn't specify. Following all their instructions online puts you in an endless loop. We've been able to talk to 2 people on the phone and they've been unable to help at all. It's incredible. Anyone with an in or insight? Thanks. 

We're unable to receive payment and have spent two days trying to work through their help process with zero results.

I'm sure you have this, but I'm mostly just linking it to bump the thread. 

Contact Google AdWords.  They have real people available in departments that sell you stuff.  

Any chance y'all are a subscriber to business or enterprise G Suite?  I've had good luck contacting support through our G-Suite account for help with areas outside of their immediate purview that they can still influence.
