Back to McDonald's hash browns. I run a small establishment and while I am in a purchasing group, my prices aren't as low as bigger accounts. I can buy the triangle hash browns patties for 22 cents each. I know McD's are rectangular, but I would hazard a guess they are 2ounces as well.
