I only saw the false start they called when the O-lineman was trying to play patti-cake with the DL. On the other tushy pushies that got stopped it didn't look like there any false starts but they also didn't show any super slow motion replays (or at least I didn't see any of them).

How well do defenses score? Can they go negative? I likely wouldn't carry two defenses unless the scoring is drastic enough to warrant keeping two.

Do the kickers score to the point they are important or can you go a week without a kicker? I have been in a few leagues that I have played weeks without kickers because they don't score enough to make a difference most weeks.

No need to have two kickers. Drop one (probably Folk) and pick up Wilson.

I would like to comment on the situation you have laid out when your opponent has WR/RB/TE for your QB. If you are favored then I would break a tie with going with the QB throwing to them. If you are a big underdog I would break the tie to go away from the guy throwing to your opponent...
