Dealing with some knee soreness, I don’t think it is anything significant but annoying nevertheless. I am trying to be cautious with it, but getting frustrated with the minor injuries that seem to being occurring now more than ever. Thanks for asking and hope that your body allows you to train...

I have been dealing with some foot/toe pain for about a month. Took 5 days off last week, previously I had taken 2 and 3 days off thinking the issue was resolved but it wasn’t and the pain came back after running 10 miles or so. Yesterday for the half the plan was to attempt to pace my buddy at...

I like your goal, definitely achievable and you clearly understand the name of the game, which is staying healthy. You were more than fit enough to run a sub 2:50 at 50. On my end I have decided my goal race for the season will be Broad Street and I will be attempting to beat my good friend...

Thanks, the dude is feeling pretty good. I am not sure if I am in PR shape (2:54:40), but I think I’m close. My fitness and the race conditions should be better than Philly 2015 where I ran a 2:59:08 (6:50 pace). I’m hoping I’ll be able to run faster than 6:50 while keeping my HR under 155...

This has been an interesting running year for me. Started off strong, training for a March 5K setting PRs in the 5 mile and 5K, but also hurt my knee in the process. The knee injury forced me to take some time off in April and ended up with 75 miles for the month, this was the first month since...

Did you carry water with you during the race? What was your nutrition plan? Were you able to follow it? Impressive result, especially so considering you never raced longer than a half prior. Great race report.

Good question, I have one of my own perhaps someone here can answer. WTF is going on with Nike, I would like to purchase Alphafly 3s size 10.5 and I can't find them. Does anyone know when they'll be available?

@tri-man 47 got to the 21 mile marker in 3:20:27, looks like a tough day with tough conditions. Bring it home, I hope you come out of this healthy.

Thanks, I'm not in racing shape yet so I had a lot of fun pacing my buddy to sub 1:30, he killed it. I'm pleased with the progress that I have made over the past 6 weeks, we'll see what I can do in the next 10 ahead of the Philly marathon.
