I've had no problem reading on it. It's been easy on my eyes, and the brightness control is right at the top of the page.I'm doing a 12 hour flight to Asia this week and lots of traveling there and then a return flight, and it's been fairly easy for me to load up a ton of work materials...

Yeah I don't follow the diet. It's just way too much work, and I can't control my life or time like that. I just do my best to eat frequently during the day, and eat lots of protein and vegetables. I also have some alcohol here and there (sometimes more than some), and I enjoy some snacks...

It's the thing if you want to lose weight and tone up, for sure. I think if you're frail and wanting to bulk up, it sounds like P90X may be the better choice. But this thing will definitely whip you into shape.My everything hurts...
