Still gotta give it to Lord Brady, ruler of darkness and the underworld.
I don't trust Peyton Manning in the playoffs and I don't trust John Fox in the playoffs.
IMO that would be an average move at best and a terrible move at worst. That's basically the Schaub route all over again. I think it's time we try and find our own quarterback on our own terms. I'm of the belief that teams just don't give up a good quarterback solely because "we can get a second...
I'd like my plate of crow now. Shame on me for thinking Eli was roster worthy because of the schedule.
I'm sorry and I sincerely apologize.
Especially to Raider Nation. I let you down, bro.
It's Eli. I didn't mention him because I didn't want to so much make this thread as a who-to-start thread as more of a philosophy thread. I've had this scenario earlier in the season with Cutler and my opponent having Marshall, in which I lost. I wonder if I made the wrong decision then and...
So here's the deal: I have Case Keenum and my opponent has Andre Johnson. Both of us are playing for the last playoff spot. If I lose, I'm done. If Case has a good day, there's a good chance he'll be feeding Andre as he has been whenever he's on the field.
We've all been here before or seen...
Similar situation, but with Eli and Keenum. I always planned on playing Eli regardless, but that matchup against Jacksonville is juicy and up until yesterday I was starting to reconsider. But at this point I can't trust Keenum until he gets to finish another game. Going Eli. IMO Romo is a...
I thought it was a dumb pass by Schaub because there was a sea of silver and black on Andre. I don't think Andre quit on his route because he probably figured "no way Schaub is going to throw it my direction with the way they're crowding my lane."
Yet Schaub threw it...
I fell asleep when the score was 14-14 and couldn't follow the game as it wasn't shown here in New Orleans, but I just gotta know: when Schaub took the field, did the fans boo? I know I would've, not because of my hatred for Schaub, but because of my hatred of the decision to do so at that point...
Doug Marrone says close this thread. Apparently he said the following in his presser about how he thinks the offensive line is the reason for C.J. Spiller's disappointing season:
Yeah coach, that'll go over real well. "Hey guys. Could ya'll do me a favor and block for a change? I'm tired of my...
I'm probably the biggest Kubiak and Schaub apologists out there, but what happened yesterday was absolutely boneheaded. There was no reason to bench Keenum due to the reasons that have already been posted. I cannot defend Kubiak any longer. Thanks for the memories; time to go.
