Don't like the Manning pick. You say its serious value but owners got Brady, Brees and Rivers cheaper than you while you got the elite QB with the most questions this year which is why you are forced to back him up with a QB in the 11th when you should have been shoring up your weaker positions (WR in this case). When you spend a top 5 pick on a QB you need to use the extra picks to make up for the deficiency it causes.

I see some posters saying they don't like the Manning pick, but if he wanted a top 6 QB, then he had to draft a QB at 5.1. None of the top 6 QBs would have made it back to him at 6.12. Depending on how you rank them, drafting Manning/Brady/Brees/Rivers at 5.1 is not a bad strategy if you want a top 6 QB.

Same draft I got Roethlisberger in the 8th round....that's why you wait on QB.

Yeah because getting a QB that threw for 17 TDs (even if it was 4 less games) is the way to win championships . Good luck with a QB that has a one trick pony at WR, an aging #2 WR on the decline, an average TE, a bad OL and a run oriented philosophy!

LOL....I'm not much for debating, although I will go out on a limb and say that Big Ben will finish higher than Manning this year....I let my teams speak for me....I'm always up for a side bet, Sweetness

Has this sorta turned into the #1 pick thread? I don't see an "official" one of those in my searches. Any help appreciated if there is.
