Here is the criteria:

12 teams

14 game regular season schedule

3 divisions

Play divisional opponents twice; everybody else once

divisional games to be played weeks 1-3 and weeks 12-14

Can someone out there provide me a schedule that matches this criteria? I would really appreciate it. Thanks
