I like the hitting, Fielder/Howard is just silly good.

Yeah, pitching is an area of concern. I like guys like Sanchez and Hughes and Nolasco, but you could use a stud there.

Soriano should be solid in the pen, I'd start hunting for another closer besides Marmol.

Very solid team for a first timer. I'm also a fan of Nolasco and Sanchez. Solid offense. Keeper league? If so, you should be able to deal for pitching later since you have solid prospects. Overall, you should be in good shape.

A lot of good young up-and-comers but you might need to trade for some better hitters as Youk is really the only one guaranteed to hit above .300.
