1st Trip to Yankee Stadium Tomorrow Night (1 Viewer)

Big group of us heading to the Reds-Yankees titanic struggle Friday night. We're debating whether or not to go to the park really early just to see the surrounding area, pop a few beers, etc. My guess is, having been to several of the other old stadiums in the league, that there's not a lot to see (Wrigley being an exception of course). What say ye? Any can't-miss joints pre- and post-game?

As soon as you get into the stadium (ideally as soon as the gates open) head to monument park. If you wait even just a few minutes the line to get in there will have grown so long that you might not have time to see it before they close it prior to gametime.
