2006 FBG Subscription woes (1 Viewer)

It happens every year: I try to sign up for an FBG subscription, but the log-in page tells me my password is invalid.

I emailed Joe and Co. last time and got a quick and helpful response. All I remember about it, though, is I needed to delete some old cookies or something like that. I figured this year I'd give Joe a break and instead come directly here and ask for help from the FBG masses.

Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone explain how to fix it? This $26 is burning a hole in my pocket.

Hey man -- sorry for the trouble.

I would try logging out using Clayton's link above. Then go to the following page and retrieve your username and password if you don't know it:

http://subscribers.footballguys.com/amember/login.php

(The "Lost Password" box is on the right side of the page. You will receive an email back with your login and password.)

Then, once you have your username and password from the system, go to the login page:

http://subscribers.footballguys.com/amember/login.php

And rather than typing in your login info, cut and paste it into the form from the login/password reminder email you received. Sometimes the auto form-fillers in modern browsers get confused about which passwords should be associated with which logins on which pages.

That should get you in and take you to the renewal page where you can resubscribe -- if it still doesn't work, send me a PM and we'll troubleshoot further.
