I think this is my first league since the Keyshawn acquisition that doesn't feature him on my roster.

Not a prob, bro. I had been eyeing Parker for a couple rounds now, and needing a WR badly, I had to pull the trigger. What's funny is that I picked for you, Radballs, and myself, and all three of us had Sammie Parker on our list. Rad would have gotten him if he didn't have Reggie Williams atop his list (he had Eric Parker #2, but he was already gone).Hope you had a fun day at the races!

samie was at the top of the list i sent ramrod and acp yesterday toothen i realized bass was in the draft and I couldnt wait on carter plus I already have kennison and with that turf toe injury to clayton I didnt want to double up on wr byes

 
Indulge a couple of questions from a MSBL newbie.

1) The rules seem to indicate that elimination begins immediately (for the first 13 weeks). I thought I saw some conflicting discussion somewhere that indicated elimination not starting until after the first two weeks.

Can someone clarify the schedule of elimination?

2) Is elimination based on the low score for any given week...or....is elimination based on the cumulative low score (all weeks) after each week?

Elimination begins week 1. Culm scoring is for MBSL3 only. Each week the team with the low score is booted off. The only exception is the amnesty rule which states that the team with the high score from the previous week cannot be booted off the following week. Therefore, if the team with amnesty is the low score then the 2nd low score could be the team booted that week.Amnesty ends after week 13.
