2006 NFL DRAFT (1 Viewer)

Williams :pickle:

Wow we are loaded on offense!!!

Love how Carolina sprinted to make that selection!!!
Good thing it wasn't one of the other RBs bringing up the card...might have gotten hurt and the pick would not have been made.j/k :P
:lmao: Say adios to He Hate Me.

Does Williams return kickoffs?

Sorry for all the Williams talk...it's not every year you get a top ten pick fall into your lap at the end of the first. Of course the Bills don't draft in front of most teams twice in the first round most years either.
Williams is not a top ten pick.
Seemed to have a lot of supporters around here last year before the injury. Oh well, it was just a measely 6000 yards.

So, who were the projected 1st rounders still left?

Winston, White and Jackson. Who else?
If the Bills trade up, there will still be three projected 1st rounders after they're done...

Was White still being projected as a 1st rounder after the hammy tear? He shouldnt have been.Edit to add: Maybe McNeil?

Maybe White will fall to the Broncos at 37? Then they use Bell to mix things up when he wears down the opposition.

Unless Dayne beats them both out of course :D

He's always been a late first round talent. He was the 4th ranked RB last year. Not a bad pick, but hardly a superstar, IMO.

Justice?
That's what I meant. I typed his first name and used the last name of the other guys. Brain and fingers not working together.Another one would be Jimmy Williams.

Whoever takes White is going to get a steal.
:goodposting: Really upset that Pitt traded up already. They may have had enough ammo to move up in the 2nd to get him at this point. Holmes/Jackson and White to Pitt.

Character still matters in the NFL guys. Those defending White remind me of those who defended Onterrio Smith on his draft day.

Addai to Colts was very predictable.

Looks like there will be 4 good fantasy backs this year for us: Bush/Williams/Maroney and although I don't think Addai is in their class, he's in a terrific situation.
On the contrary, I think Addai puts up better numbers than all three, for the first season at least.

LenDale White is going to enter the league with a chip on his shoulder.

Then he's going to eat the chip and buy another bag.
