IMO it's better taking a pick sooner in the week (and maybe have to change it after, before 1PM sunday) than waiting at the last minute to do so.Any idea how many picked Miami?hulk = you're gone buddy

One of my main thoughts (RE: Suicide Picks) this week:
All those picking Indy this week: did you not look ahead to Week 5 and see that the Colts are playing the Titans. At home.
It's the Suicide Pick equivalent of a bye week.

i loved the jags in this game as soon as i saw it b/c i thought the skins were not that good and would be satisfied with their win the prior week, whereas the jags have been very impressive and i figured that they'd be pissed after losing to indy.
the line was very low to me, though (3/3.5), so yesterday morning i was going to change my pick to Dallas. i decided to stay with the jags and the result, bollocks.
i didn't even get a chance to try my new theory: always pick double-digit favorites. they don't always cover, but they practically always win.

Looks like it's going to be a Bye Week in the Shark Pool Suicide game in Week 5, as almost everybody who hasn't already picked the Colts will take them to blow out the Titans this week (at Indy). Look for everybody else to take New England over Miami (at New England).

I could see taking Chicago (at home) over Buffalo this week, too.The biggest opening lines of the weekend: Colts -18.5
Bears -10.5, Patriots -9.5All three of these games are locks to win (not necessarily to cover).

Not sure why you think this? IMO opinion the Colts are as close as a sure thing you can get in this format- almost regardless of who they play. You want to save those sure things for the weeks where there are no other options, not for when the "sure thing" plays the worst team. Still lots of options this week with NE, Car, Chi, Jack.
