2009 chargers pass attempt and target discrepancy (1 Viewer)

rivers and volek attempted 519 passes. adding up the target data in fbg stats, i come up with 570 targets attributed to rb/wr/te. football outsider target data confirms this. any idea whats going on here?

They shipped off Chris Chambers that year. Are you counting his targets for his games with KC? Think he went to KC for Week 9, and had 61 targets from Week 9 to 17, by my calculations. Hmm... that would be 10 too many, but its a start figuring it out.

ooooohhhhhhh. tyty. i knew it had to be something obv. 10 too many passes is standard due to batted balls and throw aways etc.
