Guy at this link provided this list, but I don't think its correct. How could Seattle be picking after Buffalo? How could Tampa be picking after KC? Don't teams with worse records pick first?

Ohhh yup yup, apologies. Redskins opponents have .492 SOS while the Chiefs have a .515 SOS so skins barely edged em out there for the 4th spot.

Skins sure as hell deserved that spot after botching their first 6 games of the season, each of which was against a then-winless team.
