From today's voting, we will definitely have a Thursday draft to go with two on Friday and the one on Saturday. All drafts will begin at 8:00 PM Eastern, except for the 2nd Friday draft, which will begin at 9:00 PM Eastern. Please let me know immediately if that's a problem. We can adjust the start times a bit. Also, all of the Round 2 leagues will have identical scoring rules and league parameters.

In all of these leagues, there will be 22 rounds, and the league will span Week 6 through Week 10.

League Format: Best-ball / All-play

[*]In Best-ball, the highest-possible scoring line-up is automatically started for each team.

[*]In All-play, teams play every other team every week. The highest scoring team will go 11-0 that week. The second-highest scoring team will go 10-1. Etc.

[*]The three teams with the best records after Week 10 advance.

Starting Line-up Requirements

[*]1 QB

[*]2 RBs

[*]3 WRs

[*]1 TE

[*]1 flex (RB, WR, or TE)

[*]1 PK

[*]1 team defense

Scoring System

[*]4 pts - passing TD

[*]6 pts - rushing/receiving TD

[*]0.05 pts - passing yard

[*]0.1 pts - rushing/receiving yard

[*]1 pt - reception by RB or WR

[*]1.5 pts - reception by TE

[*]1 pt - passing 2-pointer

[*]2 pts - rushing/receiving 2-pointer

PK Scoring

[*]1 pt - made PAT

[*]3 pts - made FG from 0-30 yards

[*]0.1 pts - each yard of a made FG from 31-99 yards

Team Defense Scoring

[*]6 pts - TD

[*]1 pt - sack made

[*]2 pts - fumble recovered

[*]2 pts - interception

[*]2 pts - safety

[*]12 pts - 0 points allowed

[*]8 pts - 1-6 points allowed

[*]5 pts - 7-13 points allowed

The drafts will be Third Round Reversal (3RR). In 3RR, the draft order is as follows:

[*]Round 1 - Pick 1 through Pick 12

[*]Round 2 - Pick 12 through Pick 1

[*]Round 3 - Pick 12 through Pick 1

[*]Round 4 - Pick 1 through Pick 12

[*]Round 5 - Pick 12 through Pick 1

[*]Round 6 - Pick 1 through Pick 12

[*]Round 7 - Pick 12 through Pick 1

Here is our method for determining the draft order for the 2nd round.

The 48 people advancing have been ranked from 1st to 48th as follows:

[*]Looking at the all-play records for each league, the person with the most wins from each league goes into Group 1. The person with the 2nd-most wins from each league goes into Group 2. The person with the 3rd-most wins from each league goes into Group 3. The remaining person from each league goes into Group 4. The first tie-breaker is points scored. The second tie-breaker is random number (largest number wins). Obviously, each group has 12 people in it.

[*]The people in each group are then sorted 1 through 12 based on the number of all-play wins (most through fewest). The first tie-breaker is number of ties (most through fewest). The second tie-breaker is the MyFantasyLeague Power Ranking. The third tie-breaker is random number (largest number wins). The Group 1 people are listed 1 through 12. The Group 2 people are listed 13 through 24. The Group 3 people are listed 25 through 36. The Group 4 people are listed 37 through 48.

I will be advancing from League 7 and Thurs or Fri would work the best for me. I have a wedding Sat out of town, but if a must I will make it work.

 
Saturday please...Friday next

Let me also put in a vote for no Thursday. Make the 4th league Friday or Saturday as well. Most folks can rearrange activities on the weekends but Thursday Nights or any nights on the East Coast when you have to get up early the next morning is rough.

Edit to add: I see the 1st post was a request for Thurs...never mind what I said.

Thursday is absolutely best for me. I have airport hassle most of Friday and Saturday nights, so Thursday would be incredibly helpful for me.

Would be really great to do this on Thursday. May need an alternate otherwise.

Oh, and I think I advance through League 10, with Clayton and MOP

ETA: I think I'll be group 4

Would prefer Friday, but I am flexible so I can adjust if it helps others.

 
I am advancing from league 5. Thursday works the best for me.

Are all leagues the same scoring/lineups etc?

Thursday is probably best, Friday 2nd best for me. I have a very flexible schedule though so if someone needs a specific day urgently just slot me in wherever and I'll figure out how to make it work.

Thanks. Wish I could keep my team. Doesn't mean much next round though. I seem to remember someone last year, maybe Busman, doing even better than me, 53-2 maybe? And I'm pretty sure he then lost in the second round.

52-3 in the second round, then lost in the finals. 5th overall last year, 8th the year before. Sad to miss out on the competition this year---FBGs was blocked at work for most of the year. Hopefully I'll be back better than ever next year.

Advancing league six - prefer Thursday or late night Friday. Can't do Saturday unless I want my official first year of marriage on that date to end badly :lmao:

 
It looks from everybody's preferences that we should perhaps have 2 Thursday night drafts and then one each Friday and Saturday, rather than the other way around?

 
Guess I'm in Group 3 from League 8. Prefer one of the two Saturday drafts. Was hoping for one of them to be a later start time but can work it out. If no room in either Saturday draft, then Friday night although 5 PM PT is difficult in terms of getting home by that hour since I'm ususally still at work. Thanks for coordinating all of this Clayton.

Win your league, get a better pick. So the top player in any league would get to pick priority before someone with more wins but finishing 2nd in their own league.
