Voting dropped almost 50% from pick 1 to 2 and then held steady at that level until pick 5. This might just be timing as well, but that suggests there is less conviction/interest among voters than there was for the 1st 4 picks.

In standard leagues there was a boost in the agreement among voters above 40% at pick 5 but the drop in total votes makes this consensus less reliable. Nevertheless this boost in agreement suggests to me that Ball is considered the last of the more sure thing picks. Right now Patterson is about 52% of the vote at half way to where pick 5 closed. That is suggesting to me the top 6 picks are pretty close together in perceived value with the last 2 gaining more consensus than the 3 before them when opinions were more split. Maybe pick 7 or futher will also follow that trend. I am not seeing a clear tier drop except that Ball may be the last of a 4 top RB prospects before shifting focus to other positions.

In PPR it looks more like the top 2 picks have more value than the next 3 and counting. So a tier drop at pick 3.
