I suppose the weather isn't bad.

It's currently -2 here. Lousy Smarch weather.
Ooooof. My in-laws were in town for 10 days. They live outside of Detroit where it has been just brutal this winter. They treated every 48 degree, grey rainy day here like it was spring break in Paradise, AZ. I think they are seriously considering moving here for half the year when they retire. I don't know how you people in the midwest/north do it.

Moving is too much work

I have lived every day of my life in the Los Angeles area and I actually used to think I was missing out on the seasons. Now, because I have heard from so many of you that live where the temperature drops below zero, I know that's not the case. Daniel Tosh told a joke that said that we have seasons in Southern California, we just skip the crappy ones.

My wife is from Ann Arbor so we visit the Detroit area frequently. The suburbs are drop dead gorgeous (Novi > hi!) but I can't do the winter. It's unholy.

The summers in Florida are putrid though. Your balls start to stick together as soon as you step outside.

Going to super old McKenzie Field today to see the pirates and the rays. Spring training is the best.
Pretty jealous here.
Spring training is pretty much the only reason to live in this state.
I was offered a job in Jacksonville and that was the only thing I could come up with also. I guess not having earthquakes would be a plus also.
College football too. Definitely go to one Nole and Gator game each year. All things considered...pretty good state to live in if you like sports.

There's only about 5 months out of the year that I can tolerate the weather.

Speaking of Florida, I'll be in Orlando & Tampa later this month with the wife and kid. Let's go ahead and plan on not cornholing.

Sounds great.

when you're going to Mardi Gras, it might be a good idea to bring in a surrogate drafter to help out. no?

Wait, cappy's married?

I can't manage a clock next week. I'll be very busy on Monday and traveling Tuesday so am going to have a hard enough time keeping up as it is.

We're fine, GB. Drunk draft killer guy will find a steam of clarity and check in at some point today. Then we'll be rolling. No need for a clock.

At the very least, drunk draft killer guy should be taking cell phone camera pictures of Mardi Gras boobs and posting them for us on :e: or something. Least he could do...
