The lack of pictures in this thread is rather disturbing.

I am probably going to slip a little into July. The t shirt I want to get they were out of when I stopped by and subsequent calls they have promised to contact me when ready, but have yet to hear anything. Long story short, I am going to wait one more week and then move on to plan B. Will try to tie up by 4th of July or there abouts. Hopefully not a huge deal. Sorry for the delay.

Question: for those of you that have shipped beer with your shirts, did you do anything special when you packaged it?

I wrapped a 32oz bottle in thick bubble wrap and made sure nothing moved around in the box once I sealed it. Use newspaper or packing peanuts if you have to to keep it secure and in place and you should be good to go.

I shipped a six pack of cans and just wrapped them up really well.

Considering how many of us have sent beer with their shirts, I was considering coordinating a "FBG Local Craft/Micro Beer Exchange". Would there be any interest in this? I don't recall having seen this before.

This would be alot of fun, I would consider doing this!

Burnt Hickory is a tiny brewery here in our neighborhood that most people haven't even heard of yet. They are in the process of moving up from a nano- to a microbrewery and as of right now only sell kegs to a few local restaurants. Pretty good lineup of beers.

Even knowledgeable beer snobs in the Atlanta area haven't heard of Burnt Hickory yet. Their space is in an industrial park, maybe 5000 sf, if that. They have a monthly open house that's a lot of fun and they make all kinds of experimental beers, like an apricot saison which was...different. I popped in there one afternoon looking for a shirt. They were all out, but they gave me the glasses for free. I came back for their June open house and bought the shirt then, and proceeded to get annihilated on high gravity beer.
