I'm happy to keep the cash for both leagues, but really, wouldn't it make more sense for each league to have its own treasurer? I have a hard enough time getting all Cake owners to pay up. I really don't want to chase down your league too.

And I think the suggestion of 1 Treasurer was made because we'll be paying out overall category winners between the leagues.

Oh, okay...I didn't read the top of the thread where we made a change. Love the new idea.

FYI, I'm putting all the league money into the safety of BitGold. Can't be too cautious in an era of irresponsible central bankers and fiat currency.

 
My suggestion: Set up a LeagueSafe for all 28 teams. Set GM (treasurer), shuke/pickles (cake commish), and myself (pie commish) as the administrators. They don't charge for eCheck deposit, and anyone paying with a card is able to do so with their nominal surcharge. No worries on PayPal "fantasy sports" shenanigans, and we'll have the ability to divvy up all the money as soon as the season is over without GM having to hunt anyone down for payment.

 
GM won't have to hunt anyone down in cake and he shouldn't have to bother with tracking down the other league just because shuke had an idiotic idea. Don't want to do league safe, what we were doing is perfectly fine.

 
Anyone that thinks collecting fantasy dues over PayPal is "perfectly fine" in 2015 hasn't tried to do this lately.

GM speaks the truth: PayPal is giddy to get the chance to place a "hold" on your money if they detect it has ties to a fantasy league. Creates a huge headache.

Yeah, Cake has always been pretty good at paying up before the season starts. I have mild concerns about the other league simply because I don't recognize a few of the names, but I'm not worried about it. Not up for LeagueSafe.

Unless I'm mistaken, they took out the memo line for the most part, taking the temptation of our hands.

They also let you fund FanDuel, so really, they aren't very consistent with their rulings.

 
Sorry for the delay. I haven't fully transitioned into fantasy baseball season yet. I'll start keeping a closer eye on this thread.

I rolled a 590.

 
PieLeeg friends: Please see Post 3 for instructions on entering the Yahoo League. I have also updated the draft order to show who has paid. Let's make sure we have all dues paid to GM and teams enter on Yahoo by COB Friday so that we're ready to hit the ground running on Monday. TIA.
