Probably a June 1st cut if he won't rework his deal in a big way. Due $9.9 million in 2016.hate to say it but I think he's done.
Good win and a much needed road win for the Giants today.Giants have looked pretty good this year ... They are tuff as hell against the run and the DBs and LBs are better than expected.
The big problem is there lack of pressure ...QBs have 10 seconds to throw on 3rd and longs
I think Dallas is the best team in the division but Giants are clearly better than Philly and Skins
Waiting to hear they're hosing down their workout facility with bleach and acid and anything else that will kill what often seems like a mutant disease.netnalp said:TE Daniel Fells placed on IR due to staph infection.
I was thinking the same thing. They need to take every precaution with this. IIRC there was a similar outbreak in TB a few years ago as well.Waiting to hear they're hosing down their workout facility with bleach and acid and anything else that will kill what often seems like a mutant disease.netnalp said:TE Daniel Fells placed on IR due to staph infection.
The Browns facility years ago was creepy. IIRC They paid a company 20k to clean it out, twice, and it didn't work. Remember Jurevicius retiring there?
In typical Giants fashion, they won't. Then they'll beat the Pats.netnalp said:Week 5: vs. San Francisco

Giants should win all these games. It will be interesting to see if they can.
Counting road division games as wins even against a team as messed up as the Eagles, is getting a little ahead of yourself. I would say, though, that that should be a pretty good stretch for the Giants, as long as Eli and Coughlin don't have to try and figure out how to run the clock out at the end of the game.Week 5: vs. San Francisco

This...has me very nervous about picking them in my survivor pool this week. As stated in another thread, it is around that time for Eli to throw up one of his clunker home games. Hope I am way wrong, but it has happened too many times before. In typical Giants fashion, they won't. Then they'll beat the Pats.Week 5: vs. San Francisco

Confirmed. Guys get ejected for that....and guys get no penalty at all. Just another example of inconsistency in NFL officiating.http://bills.buffalonews.com/2015/10/06/bills-players-wr-odell-beckham-jr-threw-multiple-punches-is-a-prima-donna/

I think they should leave Flowers where he is put Beatty at RT when he is readyIan Rapoport

The #Giants will play tonight, then reinforcements are on the way. Keep an eye on LT Will Beatty (pec), who could practice early this week.

It may take time to get into game shape, but sounds like #Giants LT Will Beatty made all the necessary progress. But will he play LT or RT?
That was a big play. You're about to get off the field for a second straight 3 and out and then that. It wasn't even close either.Disgusting loss last night in Philly
A ton of things went wrong but the thing that started it all was dumb ### Damontre Moorewhat a ####### idiot. I really think if he doesnt get the roughing the passer call the Giants win that game.
The lack of pass rush was painful to watch as was the offensive line
Im not sure why they keep taking Jennings out to give Williams carries
Oh well hope they can bounce back and win this weekend
You a link for this?Cruz is back and his calf is pain free. Might finally get to see what he can do.

I cannot understand why they keep putting Andre Williams in. He is terrible. I see nothing, no burst, no speed. They practically go in reverse when he is in there vs Jennings. That was a big play. I do think Coughlin is costing more games than winning at his point. Jennings was the one positive last night early on and Coughlin with his antiquated coaching style auto pulls him for half a game due to the fumble. It's like clock work. Fumble = sit for RBs. Not for WRs or QBs mind you. Just RBs.
Anyway, you guys gotta bounce back and bury Cassell this week.
The way they use their RBs is mind boggling. They start with Jennings, and the offense looks good. Then the next series they put in Williams, who is just terrible. Then Vereen comes in. After that it's a crapshoot as to who will be running the ball. They have to face the facts. Williams is a bum. He can't run and he can't catch. Vereen can catch, but he can't run, yet they put him in and give him carries instead of using him as a receiver , which he is very effective as. Jennings can do it all, but they don't give him enough playing time to get into any rhythm. It was nice to see Dwarka in there, but it looks like they won't commit to him, either. Pick a friggin guy and stick with him. This RBBC is not working, and is literally killing their offense.I cannot understand why they keep putting Andre Williams in. He is terrible. Sure, lose in the first round of the playoffs and pick 20th in the draft, whoopee. It's tough to get excited for a team so deeply flawed possibly winning a terrible division by default. Can they win a division at 9-7?
It's one of those seasons where "IF" they can get Prince, Beatty and Cruz back and they can produce and stay healthy, they might be able to make a run. Chances of them staying healthy to make a run is a big if. More likely with the Cowboys season over due to injuries, Philly being up and down, and Washington being who they are, the Giants will win the division when they really shouldn't have been.McGarnicle said:Sure, lose in the first round of the playoffs and pick 20th in the draft, whoopee. Jason Pierre-Paul - DL - Giants
FOX Sports reports the Giants and Jason Pierre-Paul are expected to finalize a deal on Tuesday, and that the sides hope he can make his 2015 debut by Week 10.
Week 10 isn't considered a guarantee for his return, however. JPP will reportedly sign for less than the $870,000 he would have made per week under the franchise tag, but will be afforded the opportunity to earn back some cash through incentives.
Good to see him getting close to coming back – of course we don’t know what he can do but sure hope he can improve the pass rushFrom Rotoworld:

Something weird just popped into my head...would you rather make it to the SB and lose to the Patriots, or finish 4-12, pick 7th in next year's draft and get a future HoF pass rusher? It's one of those seasons where "IF" they can get Prince, Beatty and Cruz back and they can produce and stay healthy, they might be able to make a run. Chances of them staying healthy to make a run is a big if. More likely with the Cowboys season over due to injuries, Philly being up and down, and Washington being who they are, the Giants will win the division when they really shouldn't have been.Meanwhile, Dallas will be getting a really low draft pick when they have a team, when healthy wouldn't sniff such a low pick. Maybe the locker room will become toxic with Hardy, Dez and the losing.Sure, lose in the first round of the playoffs and pick 20th in the draft, whoopee. Can Beatty play RT and if so will the Giants keep him next season? I don't expect that he'll take a pay cut if moved to RT.
