I have some sympathy for the refs in this game. It's a slugfest and there's a lot of emotion. Those are the hardest ones to ref

I can't have much when you allow stuff in the first half and it starts to get a bit out of hand. it's like saying you sympathize for the soccer official who starts throwing up yellow cards to every hard tackle foul in the 2nd half after you let guys get away with murder in the first half and the match is now out of hand. That's on you. As the official in the game it's your responsibility to control the game.
