anybody with any questions at all at TE should be all over Pitta....

and quite honestly if Pitta keeps getting these type of targets, he might be a better play as a flex than some of the WR's mentioned....

even if you don't need a TE, if you have a roster spot that is being wasted, snag Pitta so it keeps him out of our opponents lineups....

i feel that each week we not only need to look at improving our teams but we need to play the "keep away" game throughout the season......if you have somebody you know will never play for you and probably not for anybody else.....dump him and pick up a third or fourth TE or whatever that might actually start for our opponents.....

some guys may have gone all in on guys like Green.....and then we allow them to be bailed out by not scooping up the jesse james and pittas when we have an open roster spot (so to speak)....opponent gronk owners, etc. getting some love by being able to snag versions of james, pitta, etc.....

little #### like this each week can help in the long run......

always look to make your team better AND other teams weaker....don't just be satisfied with a healthy starting lineup....

We did last week even going as far to drop to a single crappy QB on the rooster to get Graham.  Also dropped our kicker and waited until Sunday inside an hour before kickoff to cut a player and pick a kicker back up.  Also picked up Alfred Morris in case one of or Zeke owners was interested in a handcuff.

We picked up the last copies of Fitz and Flacco this week trying to help that dumpster fire.

eta - It would be nice if the guys carrying people on IR for the season would drop them and put in a free agent claim.

You needn't be so defensive,  just poking a little fun at ya!    Mainly because you took Fitz.

Thoughts on this trade I was offered?

Give: Kelce

Get: Mi Floyd

I have Vance Walker at TE and WR of Kamar, Snead, Amendola, Diggs, Beasley, Ginn and Ty Lockett.

Leaning towards no, but thought I would get some opinions.

I would do it....he becomes a weekly starter for you immediately a plug and play guy every week....not much drop off for you at TE and you can snag a FA TE to hedge.....I'd jump on it....Floyd getting targets....yards and TD's should follow....just imo and I'm a chiefs fan...

Not a good week.  Less than 85 pts .  Now Snead is out and I didn't get to my roster in time to switch in Cole Beasley last night as protection from Snead out.

Opposite week for me. Score will probably be lower than last weeks, but only 1 opponent over 120 and one other likely to get there. With 10-15 from M. Thomas, will likely net 4 wins, if I can get 19, will get at least 5, maybe 6.

If I took a goose-egg, would still at least 2, and probably 3

ETA; Good game for Thomas, won 5

0-7.  Thanks Julio.

Left fifty points on the bench.

I will be out of the loop this weekend, so if someone sees a player of mine like Delanie Walker not playing, can you sub in someone else?

tough decisions today, but nice problem to have

Elliot at RB and Maclin at WR are easy, but then I have to pick three of Riddick, Enunwa, D. Jackson, M Wallace, M. Thomas, Kyle Rudolph. And I still have Lockett too, though wouldn't consider him until Seattle gets their offense on track. Mostly plus matchups or at least at home.

Have Riddick Thomas and Wallace right now, but feel like throwing darts.

Really like Enunwa over Thomas. With Decker out, Enunwa should see plenty of opportunities and should have a much lower floor than all the options in NO.

Yeah...but Desean Jackson gets Cleveland today. All good options I think.

I'm not convinced of Enunwa's floor either....Seattle defense is capable of shutting down teams, and the mountain man hasn't looked too good last couple weeks.

ETA; screw it. Threw all the names into a hat and came out with: Wallace, Jackson, and Enunwa as the three flexes. Thomas and Riddick to the bench

Should have stuck with my first instincts...10 points lighter with the late change

I have Thomas in both of my main home money leagues and have plugged him in the last few weeks....if you watch like on Monday last week and this week Brees really likes this mofo....locked in on him on 4th down and goal when they HAD to have a completion/TD this week...I know with cooks and Snead and Fleener some mouths to feed, but Brees loves him some Thomas...you can see it even when Thomas ####s up....Brees talks to him on sidelines and goes right back to him....I feel when all is said and done he will be real close to being the WR to own in NO.....and long term....lookout.....if you told me I could have one of him cooks or Snead for the next 5 years....I take Thomas twice on Sunday...

I agree. I own him in 3 of my 4 dynasty leagues and am pretty happy about it. But he's still a rookie on a team with a lot of targets making him a hit/miss weekly option at this point. I think he'll be more productive later this season and could be a stud in the making for the future.

Looks like I'll likely get 3 wins this week, unless Beckham goes off for more than 19.4, which is certainly possible. That extra 11 points would have put a fourth game in play but would have probably still meant 3 wins.

Had a big week thanks to Big Ben, King Crab and Zeke.  Going 7-0 which should make up for last week.  Also got some much needed points to bring up my average.

7 wins to break the back to back donut weeks.  Still most everyone's best effort as three of those teams will be mid 130s plus.  Finally played a team that scored less than 100 its this week.

Unless Rashad Jennings doesn't play at all, I likely will go 0-7.  If Jennings gets nothing, I might win one!

thought I saw they said already that he is not dressing.....so good for you but bad for me...cause he was a staple of many of my survivors and I needed him in one or I get booted I think

we were 2-19 heading into this week....lol...my first year in this bad boy I think I only lost 19 total during the entire regular season...

granted during the first 3 weeks we were only averaging 99 points.....but we were like the 3rd highest PA (decimal points away from being #1) as teams were avg like 128 against us....it would have been a tough go even if we were throwing up a decent score.....maybe with bye weeks the tide will continue to turn in our favor moving forward....hopefully overall as a team as well....all things considered, thanks to the rest of you we are still in the middle/mix.....we need the leader to come back to the pack a little....lot of season left....

so, I didn't prepare all that well for byes.

I have 2 TEs (Kelce, Fleener) and my DEF (Seattle) on bye this week. I was able to pick up Rodgers at TE, but the only other player I could maybe cut is probably Boldin. Worth cutting him for a DEF?

just me....but I bet we will be seeing some versions of watkins getting dumped.....doesn't look good for him and he is out for 8 weeks at least....I'd kick him to curb and keep boldin..regular season ovah by the time he gets back....roster spot might be too valuable for that long of wait....

earliest he can return is Nov 27th against Jacksonvillle. That's week 12. Not sure if he's really droppable yet.

I think I'd rather take a zero at defense for 1 week.

wasted roster spot imo....no guarantee of playoff production..... probably having surgery.....

an automatic 0 in 7 games this week not worth it to me....

guaranteed 0 for the next 8 weeks not worth it to me....even when he comes back he ain't Antonio Brown

I know it sucks to dump you preseason WR1 but I say move on and use that spot to improve your team each week.......

dead weight IMO...

Your one game out of the championship tier.  Wins are more important to you than some guy who you will never start this year.  If you aren't going to start Boldin ever then no reason not to cut him to squeeze out an extra win this week.

I'm not sure I won't start Boldin though. How much is a waiver wire D worth? They might only put up a few points. Not sure that's worth it.

My team is going to put up a big score this week too most likely.

Edit: I cut Boldin for a D. He's nothing special at this point and Tate can't be this terrible forever.

Not sure you can afford an automatic zero. Boldin is nice depth, but JAG at this point...he'll be replaceable. I think I'd consider dropping Watkins too, but certainly understand the hesitation

Pulled Desean Jackson out of all of my lineups. He's boom/bust on the best days, but against Baltimore in high winds seems far far more likely to be a bust today.

Replaced with Inman in 2 leagues. GO CHARGERS!

It's a shame that Inman was a bigger bust than Jackson (but both a bust), but it wouldn't have mattered what I did yesterday. Virtually any combo of rostered available players would have given me similar results as my opponents all either sucked badly or crushed it. Sitting at 108 with Olsen to go I figured I was sitting good but not great.

Opponents: 141, 135 (+carolina D), 60 (+Anderson and Benjamin), 138, 96, 138, and 124.

So I'm almost certainly getting just 2 wins despite a decent score, maybe 3 if Olsen has his best game of the year

Will end up with at least 4, maybe 5 wins (guy has Benjamin down 18).  Lost one by .4 points.  I now have a cluster of WRs (Robinson, Crabtree, Matthews, Maclin, Benjamin, Enuwu, Hogan).  All of them are startable, plus I have Ben at QB, and Elliott, Mathews, Anderson and Yeldon at RB.  TE is a little weak with Jimmy Graham and Jesse James (though both are "fine").  Do I tinker with this our ride it out based on injury, byes, etc.?

ETA:  For example, a guy like Chalupa Batman has Bell, and is in last place for his board.  Do I move a combo like Anderson and Maclin for Bell?  No clue if he would take it, but I have been thinking of packaging one of the WRs and Anderson (specifically) for a Bell or Gurley.  Not sure if people would do it, but it does give a crummy team two bona fide starters.

Where again is the link to see ALL of your weekly matchups?
Click on my team and you can see who you're playing (schedule to the right). Then scroll through scoring summaries to find your specific opponents.

So frigging frustrating for me this week. Olsen beasted, and I put up a very very solid 135 points. Just 3 wins. Had opponents score 138, 138, 139 and 140 against me. Insane.
