should have been a sac fly after the missed ball 4 on hicks.Ugh Frazier just missed it
Yep. If he gets out of this, no way should be come back out for the 8th.Verlander is wearing down a bit I'm afraid
I'm not sure I trust anyone in the Astros bullpen more than an extremely weary Verlander.Yep. If he gets out of this, no way should be come back out for the 8th.
Not what you want lol.A Dal Maxvil reference for reddick
What happened to him? He was a beast in the regular season.Peacock. Ugh
I'm not sure. I'm honestly not a huge baseball fan anymore. Just know he lost a game against the Red SoxWhat happened to him? He was a beast in the regular season.
He was very good in the regular season (as both a starter and reliever)Is this guy really the best the Astros have?
His stuff is very filthy but control is an issue. Still very good as evidenced by that last pitch. Is this guy really the best the Astros have?
No Keuchel, no Verlander. Gotta be happy about that as Yankee fan.Tough choice on the pitcher tomorrow
I reckon you'll likely see both at some point. No Keuchel, no Verlander. Gotta be happy about that as Yankee fan.
Get him work. Why would they throw Giles here?
God please no Morton. Game will be over after 3 inningsNo Keuchel, no Verlander. Gotta be happy about that as Yankee fan.
Ya just looked at his stats.God please no Morton. Game will be over after 3 innings
Agreed. And keep him on a short leash. I wouldn't even let Morton anywhere near the stadium tomorrow night.Ya just looked at his stats.
Think id go McCullers
I think Morton starts, then McCullers, maybe keuchel or Verlander or peacockYa just looked at his stats.
Think id go McCullers
Terry Forster and Rick Reuschel have to be in the team picture for largest pants.CC Sabathia wears the largest pants in MLB history.
In case you need an ice breaker tomorrow night.
CC is the perfect storm of 300 pounds and a pro athlete going baggy.Terry Forster and Rick Reuschel have to be in the team picture for largest pants.
There's more of a chance of me pitching than verlanderI think Morton starts, then McCullers, maybe keuchel or Verlander or peacock
Me too. I just don't see how Morton and that bullpen will hold the Yankees for 9 innings but I've been wrong before and I don't wanna be overconfident.NREC34 said:
Well hope you guys beat the Dodgers if you take it.Me too. I just don't see how Morton and that bullpen will hold the Yankees for 9 innings but I've been wrong before and I don't wanna be overconfident.
Astros won over 100 this season and JV and DK won about 20 of them.Me too. I just don't see how Morton and that bullpen will hold the Yankees for 9 innings but I've been wrong before and I don't wanna be overconfident.
Yeah but they didn't play playoff teams in those other 80 games or face great pitching staffs in those other 80 games.Astros won over 100 this season and JV and DK won about 20 of them.
Yes they did. And one of them, the Yankees lost 4 out of 6 to them.Yeah but they didn't play playoff teams in those other 80 games or face great pitching staffs in those other 80 games.
OkYes they did. And one of them, the Yankees lost 4 out of 6 to them.
Nice I like it!Bad matchup for the Yankees. Cc turns back into a pumpkin tonight. Don’t like his stuff in this park. Yanks have 3 runs in 3 games here. Robertson is shot and Houston has figured him out so your max allotments are kahnle for 7 outs and Chapman for 6.
I see a 10-9 type game, Chapman blows it in the 9th and Reddick hits a two run game winning double in the 10th off warren or Tanaka after the yanks took the lead. Great season and Houston is a great team
Horrendous. ARod is great but obnoxiousDavid Ortiz sucks as an analyst.
