A monster year at the plate powers Carlos Santana to an AL MVP.

Moncada destroys AAA pitching and is called up as soon as the White Sox can without burning a arbitration year.  He goes on to easily win AL ROY.

Nationals have the NL east wrapped up by early September.

Reds aren't good but they haven't been "bad bad".

Santana has been goodish but no where near MVP level.

Moncada got hurt early but I would have expected him to be up by now.

Washington is in fact on track to have the East wrapped up early.

I had Tribe by at least 15 games in ALC and there's a slight chance Trout finishes outside of top 3 in MVP race.
